Lawrenceville, New Jersey
These twin Dutch inspired buildings house the global headquarters of the world’s leading importer of exotic fruit concentrates and an investment property for the owner. Taking its cue from the area’s Dutch Revival architecture and in homage to this client’s birthplace, the two buildings are exacting replicas of typical Dutch buildings, with their stucco and brick façades, their gabled roofs and narrow windows. Built in 2001, the buildings have become local landmarks and further the rich architectural character of the area which is dotted with many important pre-revolutionary buildings.
