Applecross is a distinctive community of estate and carriage homes set in a mature and historic landscape with rolling hills in Downingtown, PA. The residences are organized around an 18-hole championship level Nicklaus-designed golf course. We designed the amenity buildings for this project, including a 10,000 square foot fitness club, a golf clubhouse with casual and fine dining options and a halfway house (snack bar) located on the 9th hole. We also restored an 18th century barn that is used for storage of golf carts and other equipment.
